Hi, I’m Hian - an IT leader who focuses on aligning technology, people, and business goals. Over the years, I’ve seen how many organizations struggle not because they lack tools or systems, but because their IT teams and management speak different languages. I specialise in IT leadership, governance, and practical digital enablement. My mission is to make technology more human, more strategic, and truly aligned with the goals of the organisation. I believe that IT should not confuse people, slow them down, or create unnecessary complexity. Instead, it should create clarity, strengthen decision-making, and support the people who run the business.

Misalignment, unclear expectations, weak communication, and a lack of shared understanding often stand in the way of progress. My Background

I’ve spent my career leading IT in complex, multi-site environments, where clarity, alignment, and strong governance make all the difference. Most of my work has been in manufacturing - especially in garment production - where I learned how to build IT foundations that support fast-moving operations, large workforces, and demanding business requirements.

Over the years, I’ve guided IT teams from fresh graduates to mature, high-performing units. I have worked closely with executives and department heads, helping them understand the strengths and limitations of their systems, make better technology decisions, and bring structure to their digital initiatives.

I’m certified as an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, and I regularly train professionals in Excel, PowerPoint, information security awareness, and practical AI usage. My technical background is balanced with a strong focus on communication, coaching, and people development - because in my experience, technology only works when the people behind it feel supported and understood.

• Unified Active Directory for 2,600+ computers in 8+ sites
• Unified Mail System for 2,600+ accounts (hybrid: on-premise and cloud)
• Set up a cloud document collaboration platform using MS SharePoint
• Established the IT Code of Conduct and IT SOPs for better governance and proper IT usage
• Developed a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with IoT to handle WIP, monitor, and optimize production processes
• Built a Document Management System (DMS) with digital signature and workflow approval to improve efficiency and compliance
• Developed several Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to reduce manual work and optimize manpower allocation
