Errr… What version of Visual Basic are you using ??

Today I read a very funny blog written by Allen Bauer, a Borland Principal Architect regarding his ASynchronous Pluggable Protocol implementation problem after applying KB834707 from Windows Update Service, which made him call for a support from Microsoft Developer Support Group resulting in a humorous situation.

I am just wondering why “Nancy” didn’t redirect the support to Anders Hejlsberg, one of the Microsoft Distinguished Engineers; I am sure he will provide better help in it :-D.
