Further with Clipper

This book is created as a form of my donation to our magnificent Clipper community, so helpful to each other, for example in comp.lang.clipper newsgroup or local mailing-list Clipper-Indonesia@yahoogroups.com. In fact I wanted to submit this book to a local publisher to be published in hard-copy form, however I thought Clipper was not included in book publishing priority, then I changed it into Web-Books which temporarily available at no cost in my website.

Acknowledgements
When completing the Essential Pascal Indonesian translation project, I was very inspired by Marco Cantù's idea to publish Essential Pascal freely; I hereby give my highest appreciation to him and all Clipper gurus whom I always remember: Rick Spence, Ted Means, Stephen J Straley and the others whom I cannot reference one-by-one.
